Blog Page...Blog Pose...Whats the difference?

Blog post Instant updates, fresh information, post offers categories, organized information, search engines love blogs. Blog pages Blog pages create a steady stream of search engine traffic. Like websites, blog pages offer permanent information on your blog.

Linking blog posts for traffic

Be sure to put at least 5 or more links from your blog on each new blog post you create. Do this by going into at least 5 different blog posts that have words related. Then highlight the keyword or keyword phrase and link it to the new blog post. The search engines like this.
example; On my blog www.jamaicanloveblog.wordpress.com I just created a blog post called, “What foods do Jamaican people eat?” Once the post was published, I went into my list of published blog posts, and searched for related posts. I then went through each post searching for words that might be related to my new blog post, entitled “What foods do Jamaican People eat?” Here is a list of keywords and keyword phrases I found on 5 different blog posts.
Jamaican Food Caribbean Jamaican people eat Chicken I highlighted each keyword and keyword phrase and linked them to my new page to give it weight in the search engines.

For added weight in the search engines point 5 more links from an entirely different blog, but related to the same post. This is why it also helps to set up one blog on wordpress.com and another on wordpress.org that is related but entirely different. On the flip side try not to have more than 5 links on each page or post, pointing out. This can create confusion for readers, and make your pages and posts look messy.

What on a blog should be a 'blog page?'

A page to promote your book/eBook - 1000 words A Page to promote a product - 1000 words Your “About me page - 1000 words An article by you or another Author that helps to promote your products / services. A page that answers some questions you know your visitors may be looking for. Create a healthy static front page that links to key areas on your blog, and links to key monetized areas on your blog.

When do I make a blog post?

Write a blog post at all times! Never stop blogging. It is more profitable for your blog to be more like a blog and less like a website. Blog posts clearly show visitors the abundance of information available in the categories. The more you blog and build your blog categories, the more traffic you will get because your category page will feature all of your blog posts which will draw traffic from the search engines, and give site visitors an organized list of options. Pick no more than 5 blog categories for your entire blog and place all blog posts in one of these, every time you blog. PLEASE, think about what your blog categories should be before you blog anything at all. Try to name them as one word instead of two.

Tips about using blog categories

Your categories should center on your strengths. Don’t use any more than 5 categories. This way if you get up to 7 that should be your maximum.

Tips about using Tags

Try not to create new blog tags, in other words the less blog tags you use, and the more you use them, the more points you will score from your search engines. This is so that when someone clicks on one of your blog tags they will get access to a whole slew of information, rather than your tag being linked to just one or two blogs. www. jamaicanloveblog.wordpress.com My www.jamaicanloveblog.wordpress.com blog is my newest blog. Jamaica Culture Jamaica Men & Women Jamaica Recipes Jamaica Travel Rastafari Uncategorized I will add 2 more in the future, but I will not rush with wordpress.com.
